Al-Qaradaghi
Presents Director of the Doha International Book Fair with a Copy of His New
Book “The Qur’anic Methodology for Human Advancement”
His Eminence Prof.
Dr. Ali Mohieddin Al-Qaradaghi, Secretary-General of the International Union of
Muslim Scholars, visited the Union’s pavilion on the evening of Thursday, May
14, during the 35th edition of the Doha International Book Fair, held at the Doha
Exhibition and Convention Center.
During the visit,
His Eminence met with Mr. Jassim Ahmed Al-Buainain, Director of the Libraries
Department at the Ministry of Culture and Director of the Fair, and presented
him with a signed copy of his new book, “The Qur’anic Methodology for Human
Advancement,” one of his latest intellectual and scholarly publications.
The International
Union of Muslim Scholars is participating in the exhibition through its
pavilion No. H2-33 as part of the activities of the 35th edition, which opened
on the morning of Thursday, May 14, 2026, and will continue until May 23, with
the participation of more than 515 publishing houses from 36 countries.
This year’s Doha
International Book Fair features a diverse cultural program, including
intellectual seminars and the launch of hundreds of new publications, with
broad participation from Arab and international publishing houses.
