IUMS strongly condemns Istanbul bombings, which targeted innocent people in Ramadan

Sheikh Ali Qara Dagi - Secretary-General of the IUMS – denounces the vicious bombing, which occurred in the morning of second Tuesday of the month of Ramadan 1437 H corresponding to June 7, 2016 in the Turkish city center of Istanbul and resulted in more than 18 wounded, likely including the dead, according to Turkish media reports until the moment.

 

Sheikh Qara Daghi also condemned boldly these terrorists who carried out this criminal act that is forbidden in Islam with their feet on the killing of innocent people and terrorize the innocents, and in the month of Ramadan as well, considering it as a corrupting the land and in order devastation and destruction among the people, which is not recognized by Islamic law, religion and even considered by the sins.

 

Qara Dagi called Turkish people to stand united behind his leadership and his government in the face of the wave of terrorism, extremism and militancy that hit the Turkish Republic since the aim of weakening the pressure on them, praying to Allah Almighty to have mercy on the killed victims of the bombing and heal the wounded sooner rather than later and saves Turkey and other Muslim countries from all evil and from any abuse.
