IUMS mourns the mother of Prof. Abdul-Majeed Al-Najjar, member of IUMS Board of Trustees
All praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon Muhammad, God’s messenger, his family, companions, and followers;
The International Union of Muslim Scholars received with utmost sorrow and grief the news of the departure of the blessed mother of Dr. Abdul-Majeed Al-Najjar, member of the IUMS Board of Trustees, and head of the department of Authorship, Translation, Publishing, and Research.
The union offers its condolences to brother Dr. Abdul-Majeed Al-Najjar and the honored family, prays that Allah will receive her with His mercy, forgiveness, and resurrect her with prophets, truthful believers, good men and women, and what a blessed company they are!
The union also prays that Allah will grant the offspring and family of the deceased patience and solace, for what Allah gives and what He takes all belong to Him as Allah asserts that {All that is on earth will perish} [Quran 55:26] and {Every soul shall have a taste of death} [Quran 21:35] and we say as Allah ordained on us that to Allah we belong and to Him is our return.
