Abdel Hai Youssef, a Sudanese Islamic preacher: Normalization with the occupation is a betrayal of Allah and His Messenger.

The deputy head of the Sudanese Scholars Association, Dr Abdel-Hay Youssef, warned against the so-called “Abrahamic religion” or “Abrahamism” that the US administration calls for to confirm the right of the Jews to the land of Palestine.

Dr Yousef said, in last Friday's sermon: What is meant by this religion and false agreements are the settlement between truth and falsehood, between guidance and misguidance, between light and darkness... and far from, very far.

He added: Therefore, we find Arab countries accelerating to normalization and exchanging visits with the Israeli entity, and this is a betrayal of God and His Messenger.

He pointed out that faith and allegiance to the enemies of God do not meet in the heart of a believer. Allah Almighty said:" You will not find a people who believe in Allah and the Last Day having affection for those who oppose Allah and His Messenger, even if they were their fathers or their sons or their brothers or their kindred."

Dr Youssef emphasized that we are confident that the people stationed in Jerusalem and its environs will be victorious, that Allah is with them, and that victory is their ally; Because they are on the path of our Prophet Muhammad, (ﷺ), and Allah says: "Surely We shall help Our Messengers and the believers in the life of this worldand on the Day when witnesses will rise to testify "(Gafer: 51) Allah Almighty said: " And Our word has already preceded for Our servants, the messengers, [That] indeed, they would be those given victory And [that] indeed, Our soldiers will be those who overcome."(AsSafat)

He concluded his sermon by saying, "Let those who normalize relations with the Zionist entity heed the words of our Lord:  "So you see those in whose hearts is disease hastening into [association with] them, saying, "We are afraid a misfortune may strike us." (AlMa'eda: 51)
