Al-Qaradawi and Al-Awadhi Discuss Muslim Community Issues at Union Headquarters"

Sheikh Ali Al-Qaradaghi, the Secretary-General of the International Union of Muslim Scholars, received today at his office in Doha the preacher and thinker Dr. Mohammed Al-Awadi and his delegation from the Rwasakh Knowledge Center. During the meeting, the two discussed a number of issues facing the Muslim community, particularly the recent earthquakes that hit the devastated areas in Turkey and Syria and their material and moral effects.

This was discussed following Al-Qaradaghi's visit to these areas last week. Both Al-Qaradaghi and Al-Awadi emphasized the importance of the challenges facing the Muslim community, including issues of atheism, terrorism, suspicions, and social corruption.

They pointed out that these challenges require joint efforts from all Muslims around the world to effectively confront them. At the end of the meeting, Al-Qaradaghi expressed his gratitude to Dr. Al-Awadi for his visit, praising the efforts he has made in serving Islam and Muslims.

He emphasized that such meetings contribute to enhancing solidarity among Muslims and raising awareness of the importance of cooperation to confront the challenges facing Muslims worldwide.
