                   Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir reappointed Dr. Essam al-Bashir the former Minister of Awqaf a president of the Islamic Fiqh Academy in Sudan in the degree of federal minister again, and a Republican Decree was issued recently ... It is noteworthy that Dr. Essam Al-Bashir is the Assistant of the Secretary-General of the IUMS, and one of the originators.

 

Dr. Essam Ahmed Bashir is a Sudanese scholar and Islamic preacher, a former Secretary General of the World Center for Moderation, Minister of Sudanese Awqaf earlier, holds a PhD in Hadeeth learning, and the Secretary General of the Forum for the Renaissance and cultural exchanges, and was appointed in 2012 as President of the Islamic Fiqh Academy of the Republic of Sudan.
