In the name of ALLAH the Merciful and Graceful
Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Final Messenger of Allah; Mohammed, and upon his family and companions and those who followed his guidance, and after:
IUMS is following what is happening in the proud city of Mosul, and warns of targeting Sunnis and their blood, and honor, and liberty, and property, and the structure of their city infrastructure, and what is happening to the Sunni cities in Iraq, and the vicious sectarian practices, and murder, torture, destruction and displacement, and the displacement of massive numbers without food or water or shelter. It is afraid to be repeated in the beloved city of Mosul.
In the face of these threats risks, and fears that lie in front of everyone, the IUMS sees and affirms the following:
1. The Union calls for the Iraqi government to refrain from targeting component of the Sunni in Iraq, and save lives and property, and the war on Daesh must not be an ethnic cleansing of the Sunnis in Iraq.
2. The Union warns of indiscriminate shelling of civilians or taking them as human shields, and the targeting of innocent people who have no sin.
3. The Union calls to refrain from reprisals from the people of the city, under the pretext of being a popular incubator for state regulation, not The organization consults civilians from the people of the city when the seizure of cities.
4. The confirmation on the non-participation of sectarian militias in this battle, and not to inflame sectarian strife among the Iraqi people.
5. The Union demands the Arab world and the Islamic, and the free world to stand with the people of Mosul, and their support financially and morally to rescue from the effects of this battle.
6. The Union appeals the humanitarian and relief organizations to work on to alleviate the suffering of the people of Mosul.
We pray to ALLAH Almighty to preserve the people of Mosul of all evil, and guarded them by His eye that never sleeps, and write them a manifest victory, and guide them straight path.
