IUMS denounces the unjust siege against the people of the city of Fallujah in Iraq, and calls the global relief organizations to help the lives of the citizens of Fallujah

Praise be to Allah, and prayer and peace be upon the final Messenger of Allah; Muhammad, and upon his family and companions and all those who followed his noble guidance till the Day of Judgment.

IUMS has followed with deep concern, and severe pain, the suffering of our Liberal brothers the sons of the steadfast city of Fallujah in Iraq, and the unjust siege imposed on them by everyone, until they lost the security blessing, and lost the sense of safety, and they are not finding their daily bread, nor the treatment of their children, but also the shelling is coming from everywhere: from the government forces, and coalition aircraft, and militias crowd popular malevolent, in addition to "Daash" extremist forces, and then become a disastrous situation in Fallujah under the pretext of fighting terrorism, while the innocent citizens women, men and youth and children are paying the price, and they cannot even get out of the city to get the medication and shelter, at least temporarily.

Allah Almighty says: {The believers are brothers} [AL-Hujurat: 10]

In the Sahihayn, Abdullah ibn Umar said that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him said: <<The Muslim is brother of the Muslim he does not oppress him nor betray him, and if he was in need of his brother Allah was in need of him, who relief a plight for a Muslim, Allah will relief a plight for him from the plight of the day of resurrection, and who veil a Muslim Allah will veil him on the resurrection day.>>

IUMS against this tragic situation sees and affirms the following:

1. The Union denounces the imposed siege for long periods on the people of the Iraqi city of Fallujah, and holds the Iraqi government and the international community responsibility for the siege, and the ensuing injustice and gore and starving and killing the people of this heroic steadfast city.

2. The Union calls for the United Nations organizations, the Islamic Cooperation, the Arab League and others to intervene quickly to save the innocent people inside Fallujah and securing their precious life, and stop the torture and murder in systematic campaigns against them.

3. The Union calls on civil society organizations, free media, around the world to put pressure on the Iraqi regime to stop the series of genocide against the people of Fallujah and other places, and publicize their fair cause globally to show what they are exposed to from oppression and injustice.

4. The Union calls on the Islamic, Arab and international relief organizations to the urgent and special meeting to

examine ways to Relief and rescue the people of Fallujah and Ramadi area in general.

5. The Union puts responsibility on the Iraqi government to search for an urgent solution to secure the people of Fallujah, and provide a safe place for them to protect them from tyranny, oppression, and continuous bombardment over their heads, and saves their identity for them, and their properties, without the gore of anyone on them, or exposing them to attempts to demographic change that was experienced by many Iraqi cities and regions over the past years.
