Praise be to Allah, and prayer and peace be upon the final
Messenger of Allah; Muhammad, and upon his family and companions and all those
who followed his noble guidance till the Day of Judgment, and yet ...
IUMS follow with deep concern the past few days: the bombing
in the Turkish capital, Istanbul, and claimed the lives of many innocent people
and wounding many of them, as well as the bombings that took place this morning
in the Indonesian capital, Jakarta, and in the city of Diyarbakir in Turkish,
and claimed as well as the lives of innocent victims and the injured, and left
damage to private and public property, and threatened the security and
stability of this safe Islamic countries, these criminal and terrorist acts are
not sanctioned by Islamic law, religion, and international norms.
IUMS about these criminal events sees and affirms the
following:
1.
The Union strongly condemns
the bombing incident that took place near the "Sultanahmet" area of
Istanbul in the capital, and took place in the city of Diyarbakir, as well as
bombings and armed clashes that took place in the Indonesian capital, Jakarta,
and defines those acts as criminal and terrorist whomever committed, and they
violate Sharia in Islamic religion. The book of Allah Almighty showed that: that whoever killed a soul, except for a soul slain, or for
sedition in the earth, it should be considered as though he had killed all
mankind; and that whoever saved it should be regarded as though he had saved
all mankind. [Al-Maidah - verse 32].
2.
The Union warns of the
danger of targeting innocent and unsuspecting bombings and clashes that have no
legitimate reason, or human, or human rights, and sees it as acts targeting
primarily the security and stability of these countries, and working on global
project to spread fear and chaos and sabotage, that serve the Zionist project
and projects fighting the Islamic nation.
3.
The Union calls for the
Turkish people and the Indonesian to stand together against terrorist acts, and
demand the rest of the people and the leaders of Arab and Islamic region, to
unify their efforts to deal with terrorism and extremism. And strengthen the hand
of the great Islamic freedom fighter, and stand next to him, in the
consolidation of security, and resistance to intimidation.
4.
The Union believes that
intellectual treatment of the phenomenon of terrorism is more successful than
security treatment, and that helps discarded and lost any of its audience.
5.
The Union believes that
those in charge of such bombings of prostitutes, mischief in the land, who Allah
Almighty said in them:
"The recompense of those
who make war against Allah and His Messenger and spread corruption in the land
is that they are to be killed or crucified, or have their hand and a foot cut
off on opposite sides, or be expelled from the land. For them is shame in this
world and a great punishment in the Everlasting Life" [Al-Maidah
- verse 33]
