Obituary of Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdullah Al-Sabeel
The International Union of Muslim Scholars received with a believing heart, and content, patient soul news of the departure of respected sheikh Mohamed bin Abdullah Al-Sabeel, the imam and speaker of the Holy Mosque – may Allah bless his soul – with utmost grief, and prayers to Allah to receive him with His abundant mercy and resurrect him with the prophets, truthful believers, martyrs, and good men, and what a blessed company they are!
The esteemed sheikh – may Allah bless his soul – had served as the general manager of the affairs of the Holy Mosques of Mecca and Medina, a member of the Senior Scholars Committee, and a member of the Islamic Jurisprudence Complex.
As the IUMS bears the distressing news of the loss of the esteemed sheikh Mohamed bin Abdullah Al-Sabeel to the Muslim nation, it offers its deep condolences to his honored family, his noble children, his students and people who love him, and prays that Allah will grant them patience and solace.
