IUMS Condemns abduction of innocent arrivals inside Iraqi territory, and put responsibility on the kidnappers to bring them back safe to their families.
Praise be to Allah, and prayer and peace be upon the final Messenger of Allah; Muhammad, and upon his family and companions and all those who followed his noble guidance till the Day of Judgment.
IUMS follow with deep concern over the past few days, the issue of the abduction of expatriate Arabs inside Iraqi territory, knowing that they have entered to Iraq with official approvals, and was accompanied by guard of the Iraqi security forces in their camp in one of the desert cities in the province of Muthanna, when they were attacked by unidentified gunmen, and took them to an unknown destination, and after that they release nine people, and the rest remains in the abduction till this day.
IUMS about this unfortunate incident sees and affirms the following:
1. The Union condemns the kidnapping of these incident arrivals inside Iraqi territory, stressing that the kidnap and terrorize innocent people is forbidden in Islam. Hafiz Mundhiri was held in his book: Enticement and Intimidation is an intimidation way of terrorizing Muslim, and several conversations were stated about it. Al- Manaawi said in the lord affluence: terrorize the Muslim is taboo severe prohibition. And Ibn Hajar Haytami God's mercy consider it a sin. That was narrated by sheikhs from Abu Huraira may Allah be pleased with him, the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him said: "one of you does not refer to his brother's arms he does not know Perhaps the devil tends in his hand is located in the pit of hell." And narrated by Muslim from Abu Hurayrah may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Abu al-Qasim said, peace be upon him: "Who pointed to his brother with an iron, the angels curse him until the end, though his brother to his father and his mother." And narrated by Ahmad, Abu Dawood, Ibn Abi Layla, for the owners of the Prophet, peace be upon him, that the Prophet, peace be upon him said: "is not permissible for a Muslim to frighten another Muslim."
2. The Union demands the Iraqi government to make all efforts on the release of these innocent people as soon as possible, since they entered the Iraqi territory with official approvals.
3. The Union holds the kidnappers the responsibility for maintaining the safety of the abductees, and demand them to release them immediately and unconditionally, as the abduction is against the teachings of Islam as well as international norms, and all human values .
We ask Allah the Almighty to prepare the return of these abductees to their families as soon as possible, and pray to Allah the Almighty to protect all Muslims from all evil and bad.
