Praise be to Allah, and prayer and peace be upon the final Messenger of Allah; Muhammad, and upon his family and companions and all those who followed his noble guidance till the Day of Judgment.
It is no secret to everyone that Turkey through the government of "Adalah and Tanmia” Party moved forward in various fields, and they made great achievements, through what the men of this government did to the people and their religion, which is clearly evident in the political stability, economic prosperity, scientific revolution.
Muslims do not forget that Turkey stood up and stand with the Islamic nation its fair issues, and opened the country to the oppressed and persecuted in neighboring countries, and it’s an Islamic and human right, imposed by Shariaa, and directing the ethical principles and humanity.
And more than one billion seven hundred million Muslims around the world is looking to Turkey and looking forward to the elections, and their hearts with "Adalah and Tanmia” Party, which reaches its past with its present, it did not abandon its Islamist roots, and its opened to Western civilization.
Muslims look to Turkey, which triumphed to Islam and by Islam, and carried the banner of defending the Islamic nation in the East and the West, and led the Islamic world for several centuries, and the cohesion of the risks of expansion Safawy and European colonialism attacks, which works its chairman the believer Erdogan and Prime Minister Dawoud Oglu the Ameen: The men of virtuous principles, and hands clean, fair issues, and wise politics to serve the Turkish nation, and the major Islamic nation.
We the IUMS are proud of this great achievement, and we support its men, and we believe it is our responsibility, to advice to leaders of the Muslims and people, to emphasize the following:
1. The question of elections included in Islamic politics, based on the jurisprudence of the pros and cons issues, and the jurisprudence of budgets and jurisprudence of Ma’alat, in addition to that they are developed from issues, which show evidence of the prestigious introduced and work on its integrity. They are an opportunity to elect the people closest to achieving what the Muslim Ummah want to religious and worldly.
2. Participation in these elections and cast a ballot for anyone who is worthy of the Amanah, a statute legitimacy, because if u need it to complete the work then it is a duty, and to invite people to participate and choose the fittest of duties, and the main reasons for stability and security. And it indicates that it is obligatory to make the sound certificate, the certificate prohibits withheld, and must be performed almighty said: {And you shall not conceal the testimony. He who conceals it, his heart is sinful.} (Al-Baqara 283), and the Almighty said: {whenever witnesses are called upon they must not refuse} [Al-Baqarah: 282].
3. The testimony should be given the person who can carry the Amanah, and giving voice to those who do not deserve false testimony of the seven sins, which mentioned in the Quran with the worship of idols, he says: {avoid the filth of idols and avoid speaking falsely} [Hajj: 30] . The Prophet Mohammed considers it of the greatest sins, he said, peace be upon him: "Shall I not tell the greatest sins? They said: Yes, God bless him said some of them, and then said: not perjury, only false speech, and still repeated it until the Sahabah said: we wish he stopped talking.
Allah Almighty says {Believers, be maintainers of justice and witnesses for Allah, even though it is against yourselves, your parents, or your kinsmen,} [Al-Nisaa 135].
And our last Duaa is Praise be to Allah the Lord of the Worlds.
