IUMS strongly condemns the execution against six Egyptians and the death sentences against Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi, the elected president Dr. Mohamed Morsi, and other Egyptians.

Praise be to Allah, and prayer and peace be upon the final Messenger of Allah; Muhammad, and upon his family and companions and all those who followed his noble guidance till the Day of Judgment.

The International Union of Muslim Scholars (IUMS) was shocked from the military coup authority today by doing the execution of six of Egypt's youth and another Egyptian before them, they have no sin except that they want a freely decent living and will and dignity and justice, then the judicial collective death sentences rolled on against the Liberal Egyptian rebels, even it reaches Imam Yusuf al-Qaradawi - President of the IUMS - in the case we do not know from where the politicized judiciary relate it to the Sheikh – that if there is a case - as well as President-elect Dr. Mohamed Morsi and over as well as a hundred other citizen, in addition to judging the two Palestinian martyrs cited first in 2008 and second in 2014 and a prisoner in Israeli prisons since 1996, as is a clear violation of human rights and general freedoms in Egypt and threatens political and social disasters not only Egypt but the entire region, what requires the intervention Arab and Islamic levels to stop this nonsense practiced by the authority coup to achieve personal interests and ambitions that does not give advantage to Egypt and the Egyptians themselves.

IUMS, about these serious sentences, affirms the following:

The Union condemns the coup implementation of death sentences against six of Egypt's youth accused of political power in what is the cause of Arab Charkes, and confirms that the bloodshed is forbidden, and warns of bloodshed without any right, injustice and darkness on the Day of Resurrection.

2. The Union believes that institutions in Egypt hijacked by the military coup, including the authority of Al-Azhar and Dar al-Iftaa, the judiciary, the media, universities and others, what portends a veritable disaster of all those who are involved in the blood of the innocent, where there is now one for the independence of the land of Egypt.

3. The Union deplores and strongly condemns a court judgment against Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi - President of the IUMS – and describes the judgment a politically motivated and dangerous.

4. Also it denounces the death sentences against the Egypt's President-elect and kidnapped Dr. Mohamed Morsi, and to more than one hundred Egyptian citizen without any unlawfully or committed a crime.

The International Union calls for the Islamic world and Arab leaders, and international human rights organizations, to intervene with the coup authority to stop issuing or implementing any amount to death in innocent people in Egypt and in particular that this power to criminalize the right of Egypt and the Egyptians, and they committed crimes against Egyptian human dignity and violate his rights to liberty and life.

6. The Union calls upon the world to form a front in the face of injustice, and to have them influential position against these serious human rights violations, which occur in Egypt since the coup of July 3, 2013 until this day.

7. The Union warns that these unfair provisions will harm the interests of Egypt and the Egyptians, and increase the status of the separation, which began with the coup and increased the pace as well, and it all push the youth to violence where no road for them after clogging ways of life and liberty in their faces, and pray to God that saves Egypt and the Egyptians from sliding into sedition.
